The laboratory will focus on the Internet + business model of logistics and supply chain based on big data and Internet economics, system optimization and coordination, smart logistics, logistics finance, logistics policy, logistics planning and technology, etc.; it is positioned to produce a batch of high-level research papers , Logistics industry standards, business cases, invention patents, software copyrights, etc., to train high-level teachers and data analysts for universities and enterprises. The laboratory has formed strategic cooperation with many well-known domestic companies. The main cooperative enterprises include Haier Goodsmart (large-scale logistics and platform supply chain), Hikvision (unmanned warehousing), Red Star Macalline (large-scale logistics and Supply chain), JD (AI open supply chain), Today International (logistics), Zhenxin Guazi (O2O supply chain), Weitian Express (logistics platform), YTO (express logistics) and Suzhou PayPal (cross-border e-commerce), etc. . Job description:

1. Committed to data-driven logistics and supply chain management research, including academic and applied research in the fields of smart logistics, unmanned warehousing, platform supply chain, big data application and analysis, etc.

2. Based on the research of the in-depth integration of industry, university and research, scientific problems are refined for different application scenarios, and new technologies and methods such as machine learning and AI are introduced into problem research.

3. Carry out model algorithm or software development around the specific needs of the project, apply for related patents, software copyrights, industry standards, and refine and write industry development reference reports, and solidly promote the engineering realization of achievement transformation applications.

Recruitment requirements:

1. Have obtained a doctorate degree in management/computer science/statistics/engineering/automation/mathematics and other related majors of 211 or double first-class or above, with strong independent scientific research ability and professionalism;

2. Have a strong interest in in-depth research based on industry-university-research, with keen research insights and topic mining capabilities;

3. Have good English reading, writing and communication skills, in principle CET-6 and above are required;

4. At least be able to use the following 2 kinds of software proficiently: Java, C++, MATLAB, R, CPLEX, Python, etc., with AI, ML, Big Data, Data Analysis and other related backgrounds preferred.
